Order Placing

Please note that prescription numbers for contact lenses and eyeglasses are different. Please ensure an accurate and careful selection of these respective numbers at the time of order placing.

Parcel and Packaging

While receiving the parcel, make sure that the parcel is not torn, compressed, or damaged.

Check the packaging of the lenses inside the parcel so that the packaging of the lenses is not loose or open. We deliver sealed pack lenses.

Check the Expiry date of lenses written on the blister packing or vial.

Applying of Lenses

Before applying the lenses, wash your hands thoroughly with mild soap and dry with a lint-free towel.

Always take care to prevent makeup particles from coming into contact with the surface of your lenses.

Wash and rinse lenses 3 times with the provided lens solution before applying the lenses.

When wearing contact lenses during a motorcycle ride, it is important to use protective safety glasses to protect the lenses from dust and foreign particles.

After using contact lenses, it is important to clean them thoroughly and store them in the designated container.

If you experience any discomfort, such as itching, pain, irritation, burning, or redness, immediately remove and carefully clean your lenses with a fresh solution. If the discomfort persists, we strongly recommend consulting an ophthalmologist for further guidance.
